The beta is not on a fixed schedule. The coverage page shows the date of the most recent document in the index and the date the site was last rebuilt.
Can I export data in bulk?
The free Lookup tier gives you search and receipt links. Estimator and Firm include CSV export. Write to us for custom bulk exports.
Which agencies do you index?
19 agencies across 18 states, listed in full on the coverage page with what each one contributes and how current it is. State transport departments are the bulk of it; the City of Fort Worth is the one municipal source so far. Tell us which agency you need and it helps us prioritise.
What if I find an error?
Please report it. Send the item name, the issue and any supporting detail — every observation links to its source page, so corrections are easy to check.
Can you help me estimate a specific project?
Hubstake is a reference tool, not a design or estimating service. For professional estimates, consult an engineer or contractor. We are happy to help you interpret the index.
Do you offer an API?
No. There is no public API and no bulk endpoint. Estimator and Firm include CSV export of the observation table, with the source link on every row. If you need a feed rather than a lookup, tell us what you need — your request helps us prioritise.
